Dear Local Tanning Salon,

I would appreciate it if you would kindly not call my cell phone to tell me about your current offer. First of all, I don't go tanning and secondly, and most importantly, your phone number comes up as UNAVAILABLE on my cell phone thus making me believe that this will be the day when we finally learn who our baby will be. It was quite a let down to hear your recorded voice telling me about the great deals you are offering.

Thank you very much for never calling me again.

Sincerely,

Mother Who Hates Unavailable Calls Unless It Is Gladney

Hang in there - I am sure that was absolutely frustrating!! Your humorous spin put a smile on my face. Hope your wait is short!

I know that you mean. I found your website and ordered an awesome necklace from your phone. I don't leave the house without my phone on any given day. :)

Hey, I know for a fact that you tan...I've burned with you a number of times! But hey, I wish you the best and I hope they stop calling. I just keep getting calls from people who want my money. HAHA, what they don't know is I don't have any $! You guys are in my prayers! XOXO

oh, man! That stinks! Happened to me last weekend in the airport flying back from the blog union. I get 2 calls back to back...both say "unavailable" I almost threw up but I was just entering the window that day so I was pretty sure it wasn't "the call"...still made my heart skip a beat.

That's not cool. I remember when I got the call about my daughter in China...I owned a hair salon and I was with a client. My social worker called to tell me we got our referral, and thankfully, it was a regular client because I had black mascara all down my face when I got off the phone. Very thrilling!! I am very happy for you - and I want all your mom's necklaces from her Etsy shop - please tell her to keep making them!!!
