Today we met a notary at the Doctor's office so the doctor could sign our medical forms needed for the dossier...this form has kinda been a bit of a pain to get, but it is done and I am going to be sending it over the Gladney just to make sure it is correct! Whew!

I know that feeling having one more thing to check off that long list! We are right there with you all...still collecting!
The MD office notries have been the most difficult to get. I still have to arrange for one and I dont think the MD offices really have to make it that difficult, but its just my opinion.
